PonsPage is an independent, automated tool that can generate a public webpage from a token contract address on Robinhood Chain (HOOD Chain, chain ID 4663). These terms apply to the website, the Telegram bot, generated pages, and any later skins, domains, prompts or boosts.
1. Who is responsible
You are solely responsible for everything you submit or cause to be published through PonsPage. That includes contract addresses, token names and tickers, descriptions, logos, prompts, images, metadata, social links, claims, and any text that appears on a generated page.
On-chain metadata and ERC-20 fields are pulled automatically. If that data is wrong, misleading, copied, or unlawful, that is still your problem as the person who requested the page — not PonsPage’s.
2. No affiliation, no endorsement
PonsPage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Pons, Ponsfamily, Robinhood, or Robinhood Chain. A generated page is not a listing, audit, verification, or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing on PonsPage is investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens on HOOD Chain can go to zero. Always verify the contract address on an explorer before you trade. Do your own research.
4. Generated pages
Pages are generated automatically and may be cached, indexed, shared or screenshot by anyone. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, uniqueness of slugs, or that a page will keep matching on-chain state. We may refuse, change, hide or delete a page at any time, including for abuse, legal risk, or operational reasons.
5. Prompts, images and later features
If you use a prompt, custom skin, custom domain, uploaded image or any future paid feature, you confirm you have the rights to that material and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You will not use PonsPage to impersonate teams, clone brands, fake partnerships, or run phishing or malware.
6. Prohibited use
- Scams, impersonation, or phishing
- Illegal content, including child sexual abuse material
- Malware, ransomware, or links that steal wallets or keys
- Hate, harassment, or content we reasonably believe is unlawful
- Automated abuse of the bot, RPC, or rate limits

7. Beta and “as is”
The product is in beta and provided as is, without warranties of any kind — including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement. Free generation can change, pause or end. Paid features, if launched, will have their own price and rules.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PonsPage and its operators are not liable for losses from tokens, trades, downtime, leaked metadata, third-party sites (including Pons, Telegram, X, IPFS and RPC providers), or content on generated pages. You use the tool at your own risk.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify PonsPage against claims arising from your content, your token, your prompts, your links, or your use of the service.
10. Changes
We can update these terms by posting a new version at /terms. Continued use means you accept the new version.
